MIDDLE SCHOOL MATH AND SCIENCE

I am Lindsay Barrie and am so excited to teach middle school math and science this upcoming year. I have attended Wildwood Calvary chapel with my family for 13 years and love both the church and WCA. When not teaching or at church, I enjoy playing games, hiking, and reading.

My name is Derek Brogdon. I have been walking faithfully with Christ for 15 years and my love for Him grows stronger each day. I am blessed with a beautiful wife and three amazing children. I played College baseball at Cal Baptist University and have been coaching sports for the last 15 years. I am passionate about leading and developing our youth while building character and strong leaders. I love fishing, camping, mountain biking and golfing.

My name is Michelle Johnson and I am honored to be a WCA Warrior! I have worked in education for the last six years. I have a true passion for working with our youngest learners! It is my mission that my teaching is purposeful and engaging. May all my students feel inspired, encouraged, and loved. Together, we will strive for a deep love for Jesus, learning, and others!

ART ELECTIVE TEACHER

My name is Marci Mares. My husband and I are new to Yucaipa after relocating from San Diego last year. I have been attending Calvary Chapels since 1980, so I was very happy to get plugged in at Wildwood.

I have been an Art professional for 27+ years. I love just about every form of art, especially teaching! I have an amazing husband, 5 married children and 16 adorable grandkids!

My name is Cierra Valdivia, and I am so grateful that God chose me to be a part of Wildwood Christian Academy! I love Jesus and found Him at a very young age. I grew up in Beaumont, CA where I met my husband of 10 years and together we have three beautiful children. I graduated from California Baptist University. I love family time, adventuring in nature, playing board games, and beating my husband at ping pong.
