High School
High School - At Home Option
(9th - 12th Grade)
WCA’s At Home High School program is fully accredited by both WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) and ACTS (Association of Christian Teachers and Schools). This fully individualized program provides a tailored education that fits each student’s unique goals, learning style, and interests. During a dedicated advising appointment, our academic advisors work closely with families to craft a personalized course plan that considers the student’s long-term aspirations, strengths, and hobbies. Partnering with BJU Press, Liberty University Online Academy, and HSLDA Online Academy, we deliver a distinctly Biblical-worldview curriculum that is coordinated and completed entirely online.
Students enjoy a vibrant, connected community alongside their flexible online studies. They are invited to weekly on-campus chapels, social events, physical education classes, monthly field trips, and educational competitions. These opportunities nurture spiritual growth, lasting friendships, and hands-on learning while preserving the convenience of at-home academics. Each spring, WCA proudly hosts a graduation ceremony to honor our seniors and celebrate their achievements.
Through partnerships with various universities and communities colleges, students can enroll in college-level dual-enrollment courses while still in high school. Many students earn substantial college credit—often enough to complete an associate’s degree—while simultaneously earning their fully accredited high school diploma, giving them a powerful head start on their college journey.
Social Events
The At Home Learning students are encouraged to attend weekly chapels, monthly field trips, educational competitions and on campus social events.
Curriculum
We partner with BJU, iLumenEd, Liberty University and HSLDA to offer a Biblical worldview education. All courses are coordinated and completed online. We offer both accredited and unaccredited programs for High School. We have also partnered with Calvary Chapel University, Grand Canyon University, Liberty University and California Baptist University to offer Dual Enrollment courses for our students.
Uniforms
The goal of the WCA’s Dress code is that students present themselves in a clean and neat manner as a representation of Wildwood Christian Academy. While we recognize the uniqueness of each student and seek to develop individuality, it is also important for each student to understand the concept of appropriate dress for particular situations.
