Courtney moved to Beaumont in 8th grade to follow her dad’s new job. The move meant a new set of beginnings. Her family had attended Calvary Chapel Chino Valley for numerous years, so finding a biblically sound church near home was top priority. They were blessed when God led them to Wildwood, and have been thriving under the leadership there ever since. She has joyously served in various ministries throughout Wildwood Calvary in her 10+ years of being part of the body of believers.
She is blown away by the awesome work of the Lord in her life through every new journey He’s placed before her. After getting her B.S. in Accounting, Christ allowed her the ability to audit school district’s for 4 years. During this time, she struggled to see why she was in the Accounting field when she did not enjoy that line of work. The Lord made all things clear when He called her to step down from her position. He prompted her to pursue her Masters in School Counseling and find a job that would encourage her in these pursuits. You can imagine the delight she experienced when God provided a position for her as an Administrative Assistant at WCA. She enjoyed three years serving in this capacity and has since been moved into the position of Assistant Administrator. All of the experience she received through auditing school districts and her time as an assistant has developed qualities and knowledge necessary to work in this new capacity.
Over the course of her time at WCA, she has enjoyed loving on the children! She is encouraged and uplifted by the teachers, families, and students who have been nothing but wonderful to work alongside.
